Kickstart your child's love for rugby league with our fun and engaging skills program for 7 - 9 year olds!
Designed especially for young athletes, this program focuses on building basic skills in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
Program Highlights:
Basic Rugby League Skills Passing & Catching: Learning the fundamentals through exciting games and drills.
Running with the Ball: Fun relay races to improve coordination and confidence with ball handling.
Tackling Basics: Safe, beginner-friendly techniques using soft tackling pads to teach the basics of defence.
Teamwork & Social Skills: Mini rugby league games and practice skills in a playful setting.
Speed & agility: Fun drills to improve speed, evasion, agility and balance.
In a positive environment our coaches focus on encouragement, safety, and creating a love for the game. Every child leaves with a smile, excited for the next session!
Who It’s For: Ages 7-9 who are new to rugby league or looking to learn and develop fundamental skills in a fun and supportive environment.
FUNdamental Skills Program - 7-9 year olds
By purchasing this product I acknowledge my participation in the activities described in our program are training and exercise related, which involves some degree of physical exertion and a degree of physical risk.
I am participating for the purpose of self development, health and recreation.
I am aware that parts of this program may mean I feel some pain, stretching and other rehabilitative exertion.
I am informed, and I acknowledge that participation and the activities described may contain some risky activity involving unpredictable and unforeseeable risks of harm. This harm includes serious injury or death. I willingly assume the risk of participating in the exercises, training program and all other activities described by I AM FITNESS AND MOTIVATION COACHING.
I have provided IAMFAMC with all relevant and necessary information that relates to my physical health and capacity to participate in strenuous exercise.
I understand that if IAMFAMC were not provided with all relevant and necessary information about my health and capacity, they would not be able to fully appreciate the risk of harm or injury to me in providing instruction and in allowing me to participate in this activity. I willingly provide the following waiver:
a) I do not hold IAMFAMC or their employees legally responsible for injuries I suffer on their premises or using their equipment or participating in their training activities or programs.
b) I undertake not to sue IAMFAMC or their employees for any claims, costs, damages or other liabilities they may have for injury suffered by me and I acknowledge that this waiver represents a legal release and discharge of legal responsibility to IAMFAMC or their servants. It is provided in exchange for the goods and services acquired by me.
c) I have been informed and I accept that I may also be assuming a role involving responsibility for the safety of others participating in the activities described. This means that I will accept responsibility for the safety of another person and if an injury occurs as a result of my careless act, omission or negligence then I fully assume responsibility for any harm done and I do not hold IAMFAMC concurrently responsible.
I AM FITNESS AND MINDSET COACHING will involve Running, Sprinting, Jumping, Throwing, Bending, Stretching, Lifting, Evasion, Agility, Strength and Conditioning, among other movements relating to training the body.
No refund will be given after 2 weeks of program commencement, all refunds are at the discresion of the trainer and I AM management.
